I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were modern and had an amazing view, but there were some small wear and tear marks that surprised me for a four-star hotel. On the bright side, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making me feel at home. The location was excellent, despite some nearby construction, with easy access to my favorite spots in Chicago. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially at the Concierge Lounge, though there were minor issues with maneuvering around the hotel due to the service areas.
